USA Return Process

  How to return?

1. Submit your return request via ReturnHelper here.

2. Fill in the following information:

   Order ID: Eg MMxxxxx

   Weight: Indicate 500g unless you are including something extra in the parcel (please drop us an email at contact@mondaysmade.com if you plan to do so).

   Item name, size and description: These details are available via this link.

   Description: Jewelry

   Address: Please enter your street number into Address 2 field. 

   Refund Method: Select refund method. Kindly note that monetary refunds are only available for returns initiated 7 days from date of delivery. Store credit refunds will be issued if you do not quality for monetary returns.

   All fields have to be completed before you can click on the "Calculate Shipping Cost" button. 

3. Proceed to make payment. 

4. Pack items securely in a polymailer. Print the return label (this will be sent to your email) and paste the return label on the polymailer. 

5. Drop off your return parcel at any USPS station within 14 days from the date you receive your label. The list of USPS drop-off points are available via this link.
